My kind of fishing.

Here’s a video I never get tired of.  It’s simply the kind of fly fishing I love to do.  From G.I. Joe-ing it, to those wonderful dry fly takes.  I can even relate to the “stumble and fall” and the expressions heard throughout the video.

When I’m longing for the water this winter, this is a video I’m sure I’ll watch time and time again.  Just as I have in winters past.

I’ve seen this one a couple of times. Wonderful stuff. Cannot imagine a piece of water that size with that many humongous fish in it. I followed up on the location, and anyone can fish it . . . if you’ve got the price. I don’t. Guess I’ll just have to suffer with the Henry’s Fork. :-)

Outstanding! I love the underwater shot of the fly line being unspooled before casting. But the fish are the true stars of that video.

and yeah, it sucks to be you, Eric. I have to settle for the Driftless Area.

Not hard to settle for the Driftless, Brett. The Namekagon and the creeks just east of the Twin Cities gave me a lot of pleasure for many years.
